How can it remember me without a sign-up?
When you first use Circles, your browser generates a random anonymous ID that never leaves your device except to identify your session. Your nickname, anime avatar, and chats are linked to that ID — not to an email, phone number, or real name. Come back on the same device and browser and Circles recognizes you; clear your browser data and that identity is erased permanently.
